Sleepless
In
Seattle

We began our journey in the early hours... We are seen here packing the VW for the extensive campaign. After traveling approximately one hundred miles from Pullman, we decided to take a picture. Note: Mount. Rainer can be view to the right of Dr. Wei!

After arriving in Seattle, we contacted our classmate, Natnael Embaye. Not only did he introduced us to his ethnic food at a local establishment on 12th street, but he also provided the entertainment!!!

As day turned to night, we decided to make our way to the City Center and visit the Seattle Space Needle! After which, we had to say our goodbyes to Natnael! (He returned to Pullman.) The next morning we made it to the top... At which point, it became evident that Wei Wei is actually a creature from Greek Mythology!!! A medusa, whose snake like hairs attempted to extract the life from Weiya...

View From The Seattle Space Needle
NORTH
SOUTH
The first exposure is to the North, providing a view of Capital Hill and the Radio Towers.
The second picture was taken in the direction of the South, which is downtown.
WEST
EAST
The above picture was taken to the West and details the Pacific along with Seattle's islands.
The next photo is to the East, where the Cascade Mountains can be discerned.

After a full day of wandering around in downtown Seattle, we decided to head back to the hotel. Our plan was to rise bright and early to take FULL advantage of our City-Pass, which granted us access to various famed localities in Seattle!!!

Off to the intellectual overpass where my Asian counterparts schooled me on the particulars of various displays from the orient. "I'm hungry... Anywhere!!!"
