When I wasn't attending 3 hour lunches at the marina or working hard in the lab (hahaha, good enough for government work...) massive amounts of fire works had to ignited along with the consumption of galactic amounts of Jack. Here is one of the tree climbing adventures with fellow "not so sane" researchers!

Jamming
Some of the research gang preparing to jam.

No John, you haven't discovered a new primate! Y12 Researcher elite!
A photo of myself and Mike, the only other Y12 researcher elite!

Patrick, Carlos, and Lynn... Christie, Carlos, and Mike...

Here we have a picture of three questionable cohorts; Patrick, Carlos, and Lynn, basically, trouble. This marked the beginning of the night margarita festivities at Mike's abode. Notice the pixie stixs leisurely held by Research Scientist Lynn... very shady! Next, we have Mike who is visually depicting his frustrations at Amy's apartment.

Awilda and Lynn jamming Christie, Greg, and Amy...

A few pictures from Margarita-ville, with both jamming and group photos with Greg. Also, observer the multicolor margarita glass phenomenon. Outstanding, Amy!

Research Adventures
(A Pictural Revisionist History)
Melting Pot

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory researchers had assembled to issue numerous farewells to a number of compatriots! This foregathering marked the end of the Energy Research Undergraduate Fellowship term for the spring session.

The Melting Pot is an excellent fondue establishment located in the scenic Old City in the bustling metropolis known to many as Knoxville, home of the Worlds Fair in 1983. Unfortunately, the proprietors of the institution had no idea(r) what to expect upon the arrival of the Y12 Elite! All in all, everyone was able to escape with their lives.
Patrick's Abode

Party festivities were hosted by Sir Patrick, custodian of various genetic studies at X-10's Environmental Division, building 1505. While at Patrick's abode I was able to display my Y12 training by successfully scaling his apartment and avoiding a PIP assassination.

Various degrees of debauchery are contained within. Enjoy!
Dam Jam

Another gathering of the Droogs for a picnic adventure. This was my first encounter with this elite group since I had returned from Reading (pronounced Reding), Pennsylvania. We decide to gather at one of the various Dams, which had been erected by the Tennessee Valley Authority. The picnic discussions included the presentation of various "meats" and other dishes brought to the event. Omnifarious merriment was had by all, including some musical recordings.
DOE Picnic

A social was sponsored by the Department of Energy and the Associated University for various student bodies including Energy Research Undergraduates and Professional Interns. The above stated function (picnic) had a number of notable figures attending including Helen Payne, ERULF head coordinator, and Linda Holmes, ORIS coordinator. A plethora of academic excellence was represented at this function.
