DOE PICNIC

As we see here, not all of the researchers were over joyed by the picnic festivities. (Please!?!?!? Come on, don't cry, it isn't that bad.) Anyway, I was careful to avoid any dishes that contained fish at this function, in the event that it was a local catch!!! (Call me acentric.)

My friend with MEMS!!! My cohorts in Engineering Technology's Advanced Materials and Measurement Systems Section at Y12. Also Rommie, one of my fellow researchers in the Photonics and Measurement Systems group.

Helen Payne and Linda Holmes, both are coordinators for the various programs at ORNL.
The Droogs. (left to right) Fran, a research scientist in photonics systems; Patrick, a genetics expert in Environmental Science; Mike, an expert in a Self-Organized Criticality Model for power grids; Lissa, the MIT Student; Mike is a FED (Fusion Energy Division); with Melanie in the biology section at Y12.
Hanging out, enjoying the picnic festivities. BTW, what the hell are you doing JOHN?!?!?!?

This about sums up the picnic. FYI, lose the NASA shirt, pick up more chicks!

Here we have John, the bloody photographer, and Lissa, the MIT student. Excellent then!
Melanie shows off her stuff, BUT Mike really isn't impressed!!!!!

Sir Patrick, an Environmental Science expert, uses his skills of identification to point out the dangers of Nuclear Waste.

Erulfers to the left, 2 with meat, 1 without. 2 Erulfers to the right PLUS one head.

Here we have some phosphor experts.
Our best side! Bye bye now.
